The concept is undeniably alluring and blurs the line between dreams and reality in a way that keeps tension simmering throughout. The novel’s atmosphere leans well into its unsettling premise, offering moments that are both unnerving and captivating. I wouldn’t want my ludicrous dreams to come under analysis that way.
