Filled with drama, romance, and complete with a happy ending. Ugh. The unrealistic, tied-in-a-bow conclusions are truly the worst thing to happen to fiction since Harlequin Romances. Claire’s voice was a highlight, sharp, engaging, and fitting. However, the NYC details felt off and somewhat dubious. They live on Fifth Avenue, so why go all the way to a FedEx store on the Upper West Side? A puzzling choice.
