Quiet

by Susan Cain

Introvert here. Through the lens of introversion versus extroversion, this novel offers insightful exploration of tendencies, clichés, and long-held perceptions surrounding both traits. It draws distinct contrast between introversion, shyness, and socially anxious; which are not the same! The book is in-depth, packed with strong examples and illustrations that illuminate the subject well. Unfortunately however, those unfamiliar with or uninterested in the nuances of introversion may find little reason to engage with it.
