Nothing to See Here
by Kevin Wilson
Nothing to See Here is an inventive and surprisingly touching story that felt personal in ways I didn’t expect; following a narrator who steps into a bizarre caretaking role, I found myself moved by how Kevin Wilson blends humor, tenderness, and emotional honesty without ever slipping into sentimentality. The novel’s odd premise becomes a lens for connection and resilience, and I appreciated how its warmth builds quietly rather than announcing itself. It was a unique read, without needing to be so odd that it separates the narrative from the reader. This is my first novel from this author and I look forward to reading more.
