by John Grisham

Camino Island is one of those books I didn’t exactly love, but didn’t dislike either. The plot involved a heist of rare books; it was fun enough, and the characters were engaging in a laid-back way. It’s not Grisham’s best, but it had enough of his signature style to keep me interested. I have to say I’m intrigued enough to give the second book in the series a try at some point and will see if the momentum picks up.
